This educational program aims to train young coordinators and encourage collaborative work. Torre de Control is an initiative that arises at the request of the same students who, having participated in the educational experience of Escuela de Vecinos, want to continue working as a team.

Young people in 5th and 6th year of secondary school participate in meetings where they explore their limits and strengths to optimize their self-confidence when it comes to leading, communicating and solving problems . At the same time, they are part of group coordination experiences at Escuela de Vecinos, exercising creativity and flexibility.

Throughout 12 years of history, more than 450 young people unleashed their potential in Torre de Control and discovered the power of shared learning.
